Our Journey | The Start Of White Glove Services

White Glove Exotic Services was built on more than two decades of dedication, craftsmanship, and a lifelong passion for the automotive world. That journey began in 1997, when I followed my calling and opened my first business, Fantasy Coachworks, in Fairview Heights, Illinois. As the owner and operator, I specialized in aftermarket accessories, sound systems, tinting, and vehicle wraps—hands‑on work that sharpened my technical skills and introduced me to the network of industry professionals who would shape my career.


In 2000, new opportunities led me to the Auffenberg Dealer Group, where I spent the next eight years working across multiple departments. Those years were transformative. Surrounded by seasoned experts—including my long‑time mentor, Lou Jordan—I gained invaluable insight into retail sales, dealership operations, and the broader automotive ecosystem. Lou’s guidance, especially during the 2008 financial crisis, helped me navigate one of the most challenging periods in the industry. His advice—“Every controversy breeds an opportunity” and “It’s easier to get a job with a job than without one”—became principles I carried forward.


With that encouragement, I stepped into the wholesale side of the automotive business, expanding my expertise into vehicle acquisition, reconditioning management, software development, and more. Over the years, I’ve worked in nearly every corner of the industry: aftermarket, retail, finance, management, wholesale, and technical operations. Each role added another layer of knowledge and perspective, ultimately shaping the foundation of White Glove Exotic Services.
