The 4.0-liter flat-six is derived directly from the 911 GT3 R racing engine, mid-mounted and paired with a central airbox and improved air filtration that lets the engine breathe at its absolute limit. Power routes through a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission to the rear wheels, with the GT4 RS-specific suspension — modified spring rates, revised anti-roll bars, and RS-tuned dampers — keeping every horsepower planted through corners that would unsettle lesser sports cars. The flat-six pulls all the way to 9,000 rpm in a linear, drama-free delivery that naturally aspirated engines have always done better than forced induction alternatives.
