We are seeking an experienced, hands-on financial leader to help guide our company through its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the automotive industry, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build effective financial systems and processes from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving operations, and working closely with company leadership in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-management functions. Build and implement financial systems, controls, policies, and reporting processes from the top down. Produce accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. Develop budgets, forecasts, performance metrics, and profitability analyses. Monitor cash flow, working capital, inventory, expenses, and financial risk. Improve operational efficiency and support strategic business decisions. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, regulatory, and audit requirements. Recruit, develop, and manage the accounting and finance team as the company grows. Partner closely with ownership and senior leadership on growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Meaningful accounting and financial leadership experience within the automotive industry. Previous experience as a Controller, CFO, Finance Director, or comparable senior financial leader. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. Demonstrated success creating or improving systems and processes. Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in an evolving organization. Willingness to be both strategic and hands-on. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA Required. We're looking for skilled, well-rounded technicians with strong mechanical ability, solid diagnostic skills, and a passion for producing quality work. Our shop services an incredible variety of vehicles, including classic and collector cars, European imports, luxury and exotic vehicles, modern American vehicles, performance builds, fleet vehicles, and everyday drivers. If your background is in classic car restoration—great. If you're an expert in modern European imports—even better. If you've built your career working on modern American vehicles—we want to talk to you. We value experience and craftsmanship, regardless of where you've developed your skills. You'll work in our 40,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility alongside an experienced team using factory-level diagnostic equipment, Hunter alignment systems, and professional-grade tools. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting vehicles in the industry.
