The Story
A Ferrari 360 built around the driver: a gated six-speed manual, a Boost Logic twin-turbo system and a bold, Challenge-inspired presence. Finished in metallic black with molded Challenge-style bodywork and 19-inch Challenge wheels, this 2003 360 Modena combines the open-gate shift experience with an extensively developed, turbocharged V8 configuration.
Service and build invoices document over $120,000 in work across the car’s history, including over $60,000 in recent White Glove work. The recent work brings together extensive engine repair, supporting maintenance and refinement of the existing modifications. Engine completion by Stanley Wehrle at White Glove included component inspection, cylinder-head machining and valve work, renewed engine sealing and attention to the supporting fuel, electrical, mounting and turbo systems.
OVER $60,000 IN RECENT DOCUMENTED WORK
Extensive engine work. A complete vision.
More than $60,000 in recent documented work includes extensive engine repair, supporting maintenance and refinement of the existing modifications. Engine completion by Stanley Wehrle at White Glove involved engine removal and disassembly, component inspection and the required repairs. The documented work included cylinder-head valve work and deck resurfacing, Ferrari OEM valve-stem seals, OE-thickness head gaskets and renewed engine gaskets and seals. Supporting work addressed engine mounts, the fuel pump and seals, a mass-airflow sensor, injector wiring connections, the power-steering pump and bracket, the battery and the brake switch. Earlier modifications were also reviewed and refined, with attention to functionality, drivability and long-term serviceability. The retained maintenance records and White Glove completion documentation provide the detail behind the finished build.
THREE PEDALS. SIX SPEEDS.
The open-gate experience
The gated six-speed manual is central to this car’s character. White Glove’s completion records specify an MMWX Manual Conversion Assembly, 360 six-speed manual components and ECU software programming. The conversion gives this Modena the direct, mechanical interaction of a clutch pedal and an exposed shift gate. Conversion supplier: MMWX. BOOST LOGIC HERITAGE
Twin turbos, with a documented history
This Ferrari’s Boost Logic twin-turbo system is part of its earlier modification history, documented in the original service records. It predates White Glove’s engine completion and is an essential part of the car’s present configuration. White Glove’s later work included renewed turbo inlet and exhaust clamps, turbo blankets and refinements to the existing installation. The emphasis was on integrating the inherited work with the completed engine and manual-conversion project. Turbo-system manufacturer: Boost Logic — https://www.boostlogic.com/.
CHALLENGE-INSPIRED PRESENCE
A distinctive finish to the build
The exterior completes the transformation with a fiberglass Challenge-style body kit molded into the car and a full metallic-black repaint. The recorded work also includes glass removal and refitting, a replacement windshield, 19-inch Challenge wheels and Ferrari OEM carbon center caps. This is a custom-built 360 Modena with Challenge-inspired bodywork, a gated manual conversion and a twin-turbo powertrain. Its appeal lies in that individual combination and in the documented work behind it. Original maintenance history and the White Glove completion records preserve the story for its next caretaker.
